Apartment in Minsk

FAQ

How do I request an apartment?

Choose an apartment, enter your dates, and send the form. A manager checks with the owner and confirms the price and availability. Submitting a form is not a confirmed reservation.

Are the displayed prices current?

Request a quote for your exact dates. The manager confirms the current price before you book.

When can I check in and out?

The manager confirms the check-in and check-out times for the selected property. Please mention early arrival or late departure in your request; these depend on the owner and adjacent bookings.

Is a deposit or prepayment required?

Payment schedule, any security deposit and cancellation terms are specified in your individual offer before you confirm. This site does not currently take online payments.

What equipment is included?

Check the equipment list on the apartment page. Only amenities confirmed in its source description or by a manager are listed. Ask about anything essential to your stay.

Can I stay with children or pets?

Tell us the age of children and whether you are travelling with a pet. Cot availability and pet acceptance must be confirmed for the chosen apartment.

How do I receive the keys?

Once the booking is confirmed, the manager agrees the arrival time and key handover with you. Self check-in is available only where explicitly confirmed.

Can you arrange an airport transfer?

Send a transfer request with your arrival date, flight details and passenger count. The manager confirms the vehicle, meeting point and total price.

Are cleaning and linen included?

The manager confirms linen, towels, cleaning frequency and any extra cleaning fee in your offer. Services may differ between owners.

Can I get documents for a business trip?

Mention the documents you need in your request. The manager checks what the owner can provide before confirming the booking.

Can I request visa support?

Send an initial enquiry without passport scans. The manager clarifies the service and documents required. Current entry and registration requirements should be checked with official authorities.

When must a foreign visitor register in Belarus?

A temporary foreign visitor must normally register at the actual place of stay within 10 days. A hotel or other collective accommodation usually completes registration at check-in.

Can I register online when staying in an apartment?

Yes. Electronic registration is available through E-Pasluga. The service may be subject to the applicable fee. Travellers who entered through the Belarus–Russia border must instead register in person at the local citizenship and migration office.

Who may stay without registration for longer?

Citizens of Armenia, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, the UAE, Ukraine and Estonia may stay up to 30 days without registration. Citizens of Russia may stay up to 90 days.

How do I change or cancel my request?

Reply to the manager with your request number. A confirmed booking follows the cancellation terms in your individual agreement.

Long-term rentals in Minsk

Planning to live in Minsk for work, study or a longer visit? Tell us your dates, preferred neighbourhood and monthly budget. We will help you look for a furnished apartment suited to your everyday routine.

A monthly budget to plan around

These monthly estimates are a starting point for a 6–12 month rental. Location, renovation, equipment and the length of the agreement affect the final offer. A stay of one or two months is priced individually.

One-room apartment$550–730per month
Two-room apartment$680–1,040per month
Three-room apartment$880–1,560per month

Estimates updated in September 2026. Room counts include living rooms; the number of separate bedrooms depends on the layout. Utilities, internet and any security deposit are specified separately in the offer.

Choose a neighbourhood for your routine

For walking around the city, consider the centre, Nemiga and the neighbourhoods along Independence Avenue. If you commute to an office or university, a nearby metro station can matter more than a central address. Mention parking, a lift, a quiet courtyard or any equipment you need.

Agree the details before moving in

The offer should set out the rental period, monthly payment, included services, deposit and arrangements for ending the tenancy. Cleaning, extra equipment and support with paperwork can be discussed when selecting an apartment.

Send your approximate move-in date, intended rental period and priorities. If your dates or neighbourhood are flexible, include that too — it gives us more options to suggest.
